"Actually helpful for meet prep"
I’ve been using the programming while getting ready for a meet, and it feels built for powerlifting. It’s not like a random gym plan with a bunch of extra fluff, the work actually lines up with what I need on the platform

"Finally feels easy to follow"
I really like how the program is laid out. Like, week to week it just makes sense. I’m not standing around in the gym anymore trying to figure out what to do next. It’s simple to follow, which makes a big difference. I feel way less lost now.

"Solid exercise options"
I found a bunch of lifts that actually fit the way I train, which was a nice surprise. If it worked this well for my routine, I’d guess most people could find something useful in there too

"I started using JTS Strength because..."
I started using JTS Strength because, i was just kind of over those cookie-cutter programs that never really seemed to match where I was at. This feels a lot more built around my actual lifts, my schedule, and, like, what I can realistically recover from week to week.

When my deadlift started feeling rough, the adjustments actually made sense, which I really appreciated. It didn’t feel like the plan was just telling me to add weight for the sake of it, you know? That made a big difference for me.

Overall, it’s been easy to follow, and I feel like I’m training a lot smarter now instead of just kind of guessing every week. It’s nice to have something that feels flexible but still keeps me moving in the right direction

"Fit into my week without the stress"
I was relieved by how easy it was to make the programs work with my schedule. Some weeks I’m all over the place, but the flexibility made it feel way less overwhelming.

"I’m new to strength training, and overall..."
I’m new to strength training, and overall the site was easy enough to follow. The beginner sections helped me a lot, but some of the terms threw me off at first. It kind of felt like they assumed everyone already knew the basics, which isn’t exactly ideal for beginners. Still, it was a good place to start.

"Solid coaching that feels worth it"
I’ve had a really good experience with the coaching so far. My coach actually looks at my lifts closely and gives feedback that makes sense right away, not just vague generic tips. I can usually tell quickly when something is helpful, and my gut says this is the kind of coaching that actually moves things forward. I’ve been feeling more confident in my training, and the progress has been steady. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"My squat and deadlift have been climbing..."
My squat and deadlift have been climbing steadily, which feels like a big win. For me, it wasn’t some overnight jump, but more like everything started clicking and the numbers finally began moving in the right direction.

I found the strength training articles really useful. They are easy to follow, clear, and do not waste time with a lot of extra fluff.

"I’ve been using the programs and overall..."
I’ve been using the programs and overall they’re solid. The training is helpful and easy enough to follow, but for the subscription price, I was hoping there might be a few more updates or extra features included. It’s definitely not bad, just feels like the value could be a bit better

"I ran into a little issue and..."
I ran into a little issue and reached out to support, not expecting a super fast reply. But they got back to me quickly and actually helped me sort things out without making it complicated. It was a smooth experience overall.

"Good stuff without all the fuss"
I’ve had a good experience with this. The programs are helpful, easy to use, and don’t make things feel more complicated than they need to. Just solid support and that kind of simple setup I appreciate.

"Pretty good, but a little basic"
I liked it overall, but it felt like it didn’t go very far beyond the basics. The more advanced parts were kind of limited, at least from what I was expecting

"Coaches actually respond, which is a relief"
I’ve been using jtsstrength.com for a little while, and the biggest thing for me is that the coaches actually get back to you quickly. I get really annoyed when training plans or instructions are vague and you’re left guessing what you’re supposed to do, so it’s been nice being able to ask questions about my lifts and get clear answers. They don’t make you feel dumb or like you’re bothering them either, which I appreciate. It feels a lot more personal than just following some random program online

"Solid workouts, but the app feels a little clunky"
I’ve been using the app for a bit and overall I do like the workout programs. My brother even tried one with me and thought the routines were good too. The actual logging works fine, but some things take more taps than they really should.
The app also loads slowly for me every now and then, and finding older workouts isn’t always obvious. It’s not a bad app by any means, I just think it would be a lot nicer if getting around felt smoother and more straightforward.

"Helpful training info, just a little clunky"
I found some genuinely useful training info on jtsstrength.com, and the programs seem solid overall. You can tell they really know strength training, and a few of the tips actually helped me clean up some things in my own workouts.
I’m giving it 3 stars mostly because the site itself felt a bit clunky to use. I had to click around and dig more than I expected to find what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could be, if that makes sense.

"Helpful conditioning info, but not the easiest to follow"
I checked out Juggernaut Training Systems for some conditioning advice, and it was decent overall. There’s definitely some useful info, especially if you already have a basic idea of how training works. That said, a few sections felt kind of all over the place, and I had to reread stuff a couple times to figure out what I was actually supposed to do. I also tried reaching out with a question and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t really help the experience. Not a bad resource, just wish it was laid out a little more clearly for people who want simple, straightforward steps.

"Decent info, but a little frustrating on injuries"
The injury prevention tips were okay, especially the stuff about warming up and not pushing too hard. But a lot of it felt basic. It’s a decent site overall, just kind of annoying because I was hoping for more specific advice on dealing with aches and small injuries.

"I mostly used jtsstrength.com for the..."
I mostly used jtsstrength.com for the exercise videos, and they’re okay overall. Some of the demos helped, but a few of them felt a little fast or didn’t really show the movement from enough angles or whatever, so I had to go back and watch them again a couple times. It’s not bad by any means, just could be a bit clearer, especially for someone like me who’s still figuring things out. Overall, decent, just not perfect.
